Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs, leveraging TurboTax marketing tools and resources to build lasting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Must have PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location
• Must complete required training and development
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma)
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration
• Build long-term client relationships and trust
• Create a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and digital channels
