Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise and in-person service to clients, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services—while growing the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
