Qualifications

• Explaining tax concepts to clients in clear language.
• Experience using professional tax software for returns.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Active PTIN and eligibility to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and proactive engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
