Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, coordinating with specialists across tax and advisory services.

You will help grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver end-to-end solutions using TurboTax tools, while offering outstanding customer service in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build local relationships through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
