You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and small-business clients, guided by a client-first, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and coordinate with tax specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 returns filed per season.
• Willing to onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.
• Organize local events and network to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
