Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and help grow the local client base. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to offer complementary services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
