Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and businesses on-site and with virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of tax professionals, marketing support, and advisors to provide end-to-end TurboTax experiences, while growing the local client base and strengthening community relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required and strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
