Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local client base from TurboTax locations nationwide. You’ll work onsite, collaborate with specialists, and help clients optimize personal and business taxes while expanding Intuit’s community footprint.

You’ll provide end-to-end support, from complex filings to tax planning, using Intuit tools, and participate in local events to build trust and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Must hold a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (30+ annual filings).
• Open to expanding service types beyond tax filing with training.
• Onsite role at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours weekly.
• Must complete required training and compliance programs.
• Wear Intuit uniforms as part of the role.
• Develop local and online presence for TurboTax business growth.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Build lasting relationships through tax engagements and meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guidance on tax planning.
