Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, deliver end-to-end services, and collaborate with a team of specialists to offer a full Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios using TurboTax software.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and represent TurboTax in the community.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
