Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, offering personalized tax strategies, and delivering a first-rate customer experience while collaborating with specialists across Intuit.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address their needs.
