Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join one of its TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and work closely with specialists to deliver an end-to-end client experience. Onsite roles include building a local client base, engaging with the community, and expanding your practice using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or practicing attorney credentials with tax experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including personal and business income and deductions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
