Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business scenarios while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will actively grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and contribute to community outreach with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by building relationships and attracting new clients to TurboTax services.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience through professional, empathetic service.
