Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep with 1040 returns, using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into related services with training.
• Must reside in the United States and onsite availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Engage with clients to expand services and drive referrals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for complete solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
