Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax prep and expert guidance. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and use TurboTax marketing tools to enhance community impact while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and compliance requirements.
• Uniforms provided; may be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end Intuit support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
