Job summary

Intuit seeks hands-on TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local business. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing in-person and virtual support, and collaborate with a team of specialists across tax and advisory services.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering a seamless customer experience, and expanding the local client base with marketing support and resources from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep expertise preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
