Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax tools to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
Must sit onsite at a TurboTax location, ~20 hrs/week.
Must complete training and development as required.
Must wear uniforms and allow name/photo use for advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
Grow local client base with outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem and suite of services.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
