The role emphasizes community growth, ongoing client engagement, and delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with a team of tax professionals to serve both individuals and small businesses, with a focus on personalized, compliant tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
