Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial guidance, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and be the local face for community engagement and marketing efforts, while collaborating with tax and advisory specialists across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
