Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations.

You will connect clients with a broad Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, while growing your local client base through community outreach. Role is on-site, nonexempt, with consistent hours, and requires a customer-focused mindset, readiness for training, and a willingness to participate in marketing activities.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office
• Willing to complete training and development
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration
• Create exceptional customer experiences and handle inquiries
