Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services for individuals and small businesses, both in person and via virtual interactions.

You’ll engage with the local community to grow the client base, drive referrals, and showcase Intuit solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
