Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for both in-person and virtual clients. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and drive customer loyalty while leveraging Intuit’s marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney licensure preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
