Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences to clients. The role emphasizes tax expertise, client growth in the local community, and seamless collaboration with marketing tools to build a thriving customer base.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week; training may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
