Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will perform on-site tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support a broader team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with strong customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week and complete required training.
• Willing to build local client base and cross-sell Intuit services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with professional service.
• Assist clients with complex tax scenarios and long-term planning.
