Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax office.

You will collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end tax services, from simple returns to complex scenarios, while driving local client growth and community engagement. You will connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring every client leaves with a clear path and future planning options within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
