Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and in-person/virtual client support. You will connect clients with broader Intuit services, from bookkeeping to financial planning, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.

You will engage with the local community, build relationships, and drive growth while adhering to training and uniform requirements. This role requires on-site presence and a strong focus on customer service and tax advisory

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and development as directed by the business.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex business and personal tax needs.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience in person and via video tools.
