Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+) per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hrs/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, workshops, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
