Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and expert tax advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.

Your role emphasizes client relationships, community ambassadorship, and end-to-end Intuit support, including bookkeeping and payroll referrals, with a focus on excellent service and local market growth.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must to wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/image for advertising.
• Interest in building local community presence and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure ongoing client loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
