Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You’ll work onsite with a team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required; uniforms and use of name for advertising.
• Interested in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guidance in tax planning and future considerations.
