Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, offer expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri) for 20+ hrs/wk.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end service.
• Ensure excellent client experience across in-person and video meetings.
