Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll engage with the community, grow the local client base, and maintain a high standard of customer experience while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into more services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office with typical hours 8:00–17:00 local time, minimal 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, and partnerships to expand TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
