Job summary

Intuit is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex, including business income and amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to offer integrated services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end, high-quality customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
