Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term relationships. The role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN active as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 expectations.
• Willing to complete training and comply with policies; uniforms when provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and referrals, with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and collaborate with specialists for end-to-end service.
