Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and leverage Intuit resources to support clients year-round.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney credentials preferred with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 1040s (30+ returns/season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with a trusted advisor approach.
