Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services in local TurboTax locations. You will work with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, handling straightforward to complex returns and connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

As a community ambassador, you will build a local client base and develop relationships, organize events, and leverage marketing tools to drive growth

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local customer base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
• Utilize marketing tools to build referral networks and drive growth.
