Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite with a team of financial specialists, handling both personal and business tax scenarios, and expanding the local client base through proactive outreach.

You will collaborate across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end solutions, while engaging clients through events and community activities.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory roles with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through comprehensive tax engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video interactions.
