Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site with a team, serving in-person and virtual clients while growing the local client base and cross-selling Intuit solutions.

You will be the connective tissue between clients and specialists, addressing complex tax scenarios and building year-round relationships.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and possibly participate in marketing/branding activities.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Drive local growth by attracting and retaining clients through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Ensure clients leave with clear, actionable tax guidance and ongoing support.
