Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full‑service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with in‑person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end support for personal and business tax needs.

You will also act as a community ambassador, growing your local client base and building relationships, while leveraging Intuit resources to expand service offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a positive, year-round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
