Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will help grow the local client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and represent Intuit in the community through events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite at TurboTax office 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willingness to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name in advertising.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
