Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and client advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite, collaborate with tax professionals, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll solutions.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and providing a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, for personal and business tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the full Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
