Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and support software use while growing your local client base and connecting customers with broader Intuit services.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, acting as a trusted community ambassador and helping clients navigate complex tax matters year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Provide tax planning guidance and software support.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Intuit teams for a seamless client experience.
