Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site tax experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to TurboTax clients, while building a local client base and partnerships.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, delivering end-to-end support and ensuring a positive, year-round customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal and state).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on client financial goals.
