Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance in local communities. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, build relationships, and drive local growth while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

You will collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services and participate in community events to expand the local TurboTax footprint.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through targeted outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
