Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while partnering with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and excellent customer service.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services including bookkeeping and financial planning. On-site roles require 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and community presence through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experiences both onsite and virtually.
