Role emphasizes building a local customer base, delivering personalized service, and leveraging marketing resources to grow TurboTax’s presence in the community. Ability to work 20+ hours weekly, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• PTIN required for filing taxes as mandated by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (30+ returns/season).
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage customers in-person and virtually, delivering a best-in-class experience.
