Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for the TurboTax Local Service Expert role at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

This position focuses on full-service tax return preparation, in-person and virtual client support, and deep collaboration with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. Successful candidates will be on-site, engage with the local community to grow the client base, and leverage Intuit tools to provide holistic tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN required.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week; training requirements.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Create lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
