Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full‑service tax return preparation and expert advice while engaging with the local community.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end solutions and build lasting client relationships. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual support, client-centric service, and growth of TurboTax’s local presence, with a flexible schedule around peak tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local/online TurboTax presence; content creation encouraged.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and drive loyalty.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using Intuit tools and guidance.
