Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll work with a team to meet client needs, expand the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services for year‑round support.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, customer care, and building long-term relationships within the community, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class TurboTax experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office and wear uniforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services within Intuit.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure end-to-end client support.
