Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex financial situations.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service. This nonexempt, on-site role requires 20+ hours weekly with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit specialists to offer full ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
