Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site providing full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow clients and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll collaborate with tax and advisory specialists to address personal and business tax needs, learn new services, and help clients navigate complex scenarios using

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business returns).
• Identify opportunities to upsell bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Assist with community outreach to grow local client base and drive loyalty.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using government resources and team expertise.
• Collaborate with specialists to cover complex tax scenarios and ensure seamless client experience.
