Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and support customers using TurboTax software, while expanding the local client base and building long-term relationships.

This role emphasizes in-person and virtual client service, cross-selling to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and representing Intuit in the community through events and outreach.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (e.g., 1040) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite; 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm in local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Intuit team to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain professional standards.
